Pottery & Pints: Make Your Own Beer Cup! (TUESDAY, 5/21) **LELAND LOCATION**
Come enjoy a fun pottery workshop!
In this workshop, we’ll create hand-built beer cups from scratch that would be perfect for drinking with your buddies. No clay experience necessary! Come and enjoy a creative outing where you’ll make something cherished for years to come! (And if you wish to sculpt something different than the theme, you are welcome to!)
- Included: personal instruction, clay, tools, supplies, glaze, firings
- Who: Anyone aged 21 and older
- When: Tuesday, 5/21 (6pm-8pm)
- Where: BRUNSWICK BEER XCHANGE - 113 Village Rd NE, Leland, NC 28451 **NOT the Bookworm Pottery & Co. studio!!**
- Cost: $50 per person
Additional Information:
Your piece(s) will be glazed with ONE glaze that is intuitively selected by the owner of the studio. It’ll be a fun surprise!
Your creations will be ready for pickup from our studio at 707 S 16th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401 approximately 4 weeks from the workshop date. You should receive a pickup email when they're finished, but if it is eaten by filters, please come by the studio after 4 weeks to check on your pots. Any pottery left at the studio 3 months after the workshop date will be donated, so please pick up your work in time!
YOU MUST SIGN YOUR POTTERY. Bookworm Pottery & Co. is not liable for lost pieces that are unsigned and mistakenly claimed by another student.
Not all pieces are guaranteed to make it out of the kiln if instructions are not followed. Inconsistencies in thickness can cause cracks or even shattering in the firing process. However, the goal is to just have fun, so don’t stress about it!
Tickets cannot be refunded, prorated or exchanged for another workshop due to the special nature of our offerings and very limited enrollment.
