In these beginner-friendly courses, you'll be guided through each step of the traditional copper foil method—from choosing one design and selecting your glass to scoring, cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering, and finishing your final piece.
By the end of the course, you'll have hands-on experience with essential tools and techniques, a strong understanding of the stained glass process, and the confidence to work with glass safely—plus your own handmade piece!
Taught by local artist Stella Tharin, whose work is inspired by the coastal beauty of Wilmington, nature, astrology and more. With several years of experience, Stella blends traditional stained glass techniques with a modern, approachable style to make the craft fun and accessible for everyone!
